EMERGENCY & EXIT LIGHTS
Emergency lights guide safe exits during crises per Australian Standard AS2293.2, necessitating 90-minute discharge tests to ensure functionality and visibility, documented digitally or logbook.
As the name suggests, these lights are meant for emergencies or blackouts. Often, the presence or locations of these lights are NOT known to individuals until there is an emergency.
The emergency lights lead the way out safely for those working during emergency incidents or creates a path in for emergency crew. All emergency lights rely on batteries to operate in case of emergency and therefore must undergo a 90 minute discharge test as per the Australian Standard AS2293.2. Our tests ensure that all units are charging properly, batteries are in good condition/operational during an emergency, are clean and in a visible state. All entries will be made in your workplace log book or we could generate a report to maintain a soft copy.
